Pregnant Ferne McCann appeared to grill Billie Faiers about childbirth on The Mummy Diaries before she announced her own pregnancy
Ferne McCann's happy pregnancy has been over-shadowed the fact that the father of the baby, Arthur Collins, is now in police custody after allegedly throwing acid in a nightclub and seriously injuring around 20 people.
But after considering a move away from Essex to raise her child as a single mum, her close friends and family have rallied round her and offered support.
And in a clip of her TOWIE pal Sam Faiers' show The Mummy Diaries, she can be seen chatting to Sam Faiers' sister Billie Faiers about the miracle of childbirth.
Filmed at Billie's baby shower before she gave birth to her second child, son Arthur, in March, Ferne can be seen chatting away with Billie and Sam and marvelling at how childbirth works.
Ferne asked Billie how she felt about the birth, with Billie responding that she was a "little bit anxious", which Sam put down to her first labour with daughter Nelly which apparently took around 36 hours.
The 26-year-old then seems to marvel at the female body, saying: "The vagina is just so... It just springs back!"
In a one-to-one video, Billie then says: "Ferne's very in-depth and passionate about things that she talks about. She was saying about how she feels that the vagina is an amazing thing and how it goes back.
"Obviously, she hasn't given birth yet, but she knows a lot about it already!"
As the baby shower took place on 12 February, this means that this took place well before Ferne announced her pregnancy - but we know she was thinking about getting married and having children with Arthur at that time thanks to comments she made to OK! Magazine.
She said: "We've spoken about our wedding. We want to get married on the beach. I want it to be a party and a celebration. I know that seems a bit rushed but when you know, you know."
Although many people have blamed Ferne for Arthur's actions, many people have praised her for cutting him out of her life.
As soon as it was revealed that Arthur might have been behind the attack, Ferne deleted all traces of him from her Instagram account and made a public appeal for him to hand himself in.
Arthur, 24, has been charged with 14 counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and one count of throwing corrosive fluid on someone with intent to do GBH.
