Nicola McLean, 33, has had a tense few months, following the breakdown of her marriage to Tom Williams, whom is alleged to have cheated on her whilst working in Las Vegas.

And it seems as if life isn't getting any easier for the mum-of-two, after she revealed that she has been 'cheated' by photographers.

She wrote on Twitter: "Babe @VIPeventsessex I need the pics from my nieces birthday today !It's been three weeks,He was quick enough to give them to the daily mail [sic]"

Spurred on by a wave of support from her Twitter followers, Nicola then added: "Who is the photograph that took pics at my nieces bday??

"You follow me and your now taking the p**s! The pics better be sent today thanks [sic].

"How has it taken 3 weeks for a paid photographer to send pics of my nieces bday when he sent them to the daily mail within hours? #fuming"

The photographer has yet to respond to the former glamour model's angry tweets, but plenty of Twitter followers have suggested that Nicola take him to court for his actions.

One wrote: "Can't you take them to court for doing that to you and your family? Completely disrespectful."

Another added: "That is disgusting, sue the arse off them."

And still one more said: "That's disgusting, that's family memories & keepsakes he's withholding. Some very sad strange people about."
