Former TOWIE starand mum Lucy Mecklenburghhas proved just how good mums are at multitasking with a snap of her breastfeeding her son Roman mid workout.
Lucy, who gave birth to Roman – her first child, with actor Ryan Thomas – in March 2020, was seen in her gym gear doing bicycle crunches while also breastfeeding her little one.
Alongside the snap, Lucy wrote, “Mama multitasking at its best!! Bicycle crunches & breastfeeding.

This isn’t the first time Lucy, who gave birth to Roman just three weeks before the entire country was plunged into the coronavirus lockdown, has been extremely honest with her fans about the breastfeeding journey and missing out on vital support from family and friends in his first year.
Lucy has been open and honest about the fact Roman has CMPA - an allergy babies can have to the protein in cows milk and has previously admitted that she felt "trapped" by the condition.

Sharing a post to celebrate Roman's first birthday, Lucy opened up about how she feels proud that she managed to breastfeed for the entirety. "This Sunday Roman turns one. This also marks one year of breastfeeding which to be completely honest with you I feel really proud of," she said.
"No that's not me trying to put down women that chose not to or women that stopped earlier than me or women that weren't able to. Like everything in motherhood we are all on our own journeys with our own unique babies. I simply share my experiences."
She continued, "I soon accepted I was going to attempt to get to one year then he could slowly move onto a plant based milk. I built up a small milk stash in the freezer for emergencies and this straight away made me feel more relaxed."
"I quit pumping around seven months and breast feeding also became easier, more manageable and actually quite enjoyable!!"
A super mama indeed!
