Liam Payne referred to Cheryl as his WIFE in a radio interview - could the pair have married in secret?
There's been speculation since what feels like the dawn of time over whether Liam Payne and Cheryl will get married.
After giving birth to their little boy whose full name is Bear Grey Payne, Cheryl has kept totally out of the public eye, caring for her newborn son with boyfriend Liam.
But Liam has been doing interviews here there and everywhere!
First, he told fans at a meet and greet event what the couple's nickname for Baby Bear is.
Then he boasted that the little'un looked EXACTLY like him - but with Cheryl's eyes.
AND THEN he told us the answer we all wanted to hear... What was the inspiration behind the name Bear?
But Liam's not done yet.
OH NO.
In an interview with American radio show SiriusXM, Liam talked about his newborn son and Cheryl, calling her his WIFE.
YES, HIS WIFE.
Joking with the presenters that he'd only come to the US for a decent burger, he said: "I left my wife and child at home and I was straight out to In-N-Out Burger."
SEE? WIFE.
Now, we don't want to jump the gun here.
It could have all been part of the harmless joke.
Or could it have been an accidental slip of the tongue and he's revealed what we've all hoped for for ages?
