He may have already wooed the princess of pop, but Kylie Minogue’s boyfriend Paul Solomons has finally sealed the deal on their two-year relationship after winning over her 100-year-old gran, too.
Kylie revealed how she watched Welsh-born Millicent Jones’ face “light up” as Paul, 46, spoke Welsh to her, And when asked by TV host Lorraine last week if she was secretly hoping for a proposal, Kylie blushed and shouted, “Lorraine!” Now insiders reveal the singer is actually hoping for a “spontaneous” Christmas wedding.
“Kylie’s wish is to be married in a secret ceremony this Christmas,” says a source. “Paul ticks all the boxes, he’s made such an effort with her family, he’s kind and supportive and has proved to Kylie he’s in this for the long haul. She just wants to go ahead and get married and not put too much thought or preparation into it – she wants to be spontaneous and secretive.”
Kylie, 52, first met her beau in 2018 through a mutual friend who invited Paul – creative director at GQ magazine – to a bar.
