X Factor host Caroline Flack has spoken out about her relationship with One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles.
Caroline dated the boy band member a year after he appeared on the X Factor in 2010.
Their brief fling lasted just a handful of months, but the couple remained friends.
Caroline explains: “I’m not going to ever apologise for it because there was nothing at the time that was serious or bad and nobody was getting hurt."
Caroline also admitted that she once thought about dating her X Factor co-host Olly Murs.
She said to the Daily Telegraph: "There was a point when we first started working together when I thought, 'Do I? Could I?' There's always been a barrier where we just couldn't ever cross that line and we never have.
"I've never met anyone as confident in my whole life but it never borders on arrogance. "It's quite extraordinary. His confidence is lovely - I wish I had that, [being] confident about everything I do. He never moans, he's got energy, he's constantly up.
"There's nothing about [working with] Olly that ever makes me go, 'Oh for God's sake'. And you get that sometimes."
Caroline and Olly hosted the Xtra Factor together but were made hosts of the X Factor earlier this year.
