Love Island 2018 was the series to launch a thousand influencer careers (approximately) and despite being the first dumped from the villa, Kendall Rae Knight was no exception.
Kendall was "gutted" but "not particularly shocked" to be the first dumped Love Island contestant
Things looked good for the former Miss Blackpool, then 26, when she paired up with loveable Harry Potter geek Niall Aslam. But she mugged off poor Niall after taking an immediate fancy to macho-man Adam Collard, then 22, who swooped in and kissed her on a date.
It was the beginning of Adam's reign of terror over the villa, with Women's Aid even releasing a statement highlighting Adam's "gaslighting" behaviour after he dumped Kendall for Rosie Williams then gave Rosie the boot to couple up with Zara McDermott.
While Adam has now made a sensational return to Love Island as the ultimate bombshell to try his hand at finding love in the villa for the second time, his spurned partner Kendall has kept things pretty low key since. Here's what she's been up to...
Who is Kendall Rae Knight?
Kendall was a contestant on the 2018 series of UK Love Island and the first to be booted from the villa. Despite not lasting long on the show, she's gone on to have a successful career as an influencer and even managed to avoid the full wrath of Adam Collard's "gaslighting" behaviour, which we consider a win tbh.

Speaking about Adam’s wandering eye, Kendall said, “I do think that Adam was genuine with me, but he also wanted to move at a much quicker pace than I did. That’s why he went with Rosie – he needed a faster pace. And they do genuinely seem really into each other.”
Kendall split from her former fiancé the November before appearing on Love Island, and her emotional but short time in the villa made fans wonder if she was ready for a new relationship.
But Kendall insisted upon entering, “I am definitely over my ex. People don’t know the full story, I could have spent eight months begging for him back - but I didn’t. It just meant that I found dating a little bit harder than the others because I’m not used to dating.”
Her time in the villa ended when Eyal Booker kissed Kendall in a game of truth or dare, then chose to recouple with Hayley Hughes - much to Kendall's surprise.
She said at the time, “I spoke to him and said that I wasn’t about to crack on with him just to try and save myself. I really hope he and Hayley get to properly know each other - they’re both so lovely.”
