Katie Price’s beloved Alsatian puppies have been returned to her home for the third time in a month after being rescued from a busy A road
Young pup Bear, who she bought for Harvey last year, was found wondering dangerously close to speeding traffic near her home in Sussex and was rescued by a passing police officer.
It’s thought that Bear and her other dog Sparkle – who reportedly returned home on her own – jumped the low fence running around the perimeter of Katie's £2m property, which sits close to the A24.
It’s not the first time her puppies have escaped, with Bear twice having narrowly avoided being run over before.
“Katie really needs to shore up her garden as it’s only a matter of time before something bad happens if the dogs keep escaping,” a source close to the star told The Sun.
“Luckily motorists spotted the dogs and drove carefully while they were loose and a policeman was on hand to help out.”

It comes a year after Katie’s family dog Queenie was run over and killed nearby Katie’s home,reportedly by a Domino’s delivery driver delivering a pizza to a neighbour.

“I'm absolutely Devastated heartbroken my faithful loving family dogs life Queenie has been shortened as she was killed by a heartless delivery driver who ran into our dog seeing her struggle and drove off without telling us and left her to die very disappointed a human being can be this heartless!” she said in an Instagram post at the time.
Bear and Star, pedigrees who are valued at about £1000 each, were bought to fill the hole left by Queenie after her death.
Katie has quite the menagerie of family pets, including horses called Mabel and Wallis and an iguana called Marvin.
