As she makes yet another attempt to relaunch herself as a singer, Jordan tries to persuade ex Peter Andre to join her music comeback
She’s booked her first UK gig since relaunching her pop career earlier this year, signing up to perform her single Hurricane at a Pride event following a string of promotional activities, including a performance in Magaluf last month.
And pals say Jordan is now desperate to rope in her ex-husband Peter Andre, 45 – with whom she shares children Junior, 13, and Princess, 11 – to consider touring with her in a bid to boost the chances of her cashing in on a pop career, after several flops over the years and her recent brush with bankruptcy.

Closer recently reported how Jordan – real name Katie Price – had reached out to her ex after his admission about his ongoing mental health battle and pals say she thinks making music with her could also help him.
A source reveals, "Katie’s convinced that she and Pete can help each other and is asking him to record some music with her – saying it would help her out and earn her a fortune, while being something fun for him to focus on.
"She’s already dreaming up ideas about touring the UK and maybe Australia [where Pete grew up] and bringing out an album of covers of the kids’ favourite songs. She said it would be good for the children to see them working together and getting along."
The pair, who split in 2009, duetted together numerous times throughout their four-year marriage – even releasing joint album A Whole New World, which achieved gold status as well as hitting number 20 in the charts.
The source adds, "Katie’s been watching old clips of her and Pete’s performances on Children In Need and listening to old studio recordings of them together – gushing about how well their voices complement each other."
The mum-of-five – who supported her disabled son Harvey, 17, on Autism’s Got Talent last week as he played the keyboard – has made numerous failed attempts to forge a career as a solo star, including a failed bid to secure a place in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest.
Now sources say she’s asking her kids to convince Pete – who has had three UK number ones – to consider duetting with her again.
The source says, "She’s hoping that even if Pete doesn’t do it for her, he’ll do it for their kids, as his main goal is seeing the children happy. She’d love them all to do a family show with covers of pop songs."
