Arthur Collins, the now ex-boyfriend of Ferne McCann, appeared bedraggled in court yesterday to be charged with 14 counts of GBH
Ferne McCann's now ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins appeared in court yesterday after he allegedly attacked a large group of people in a nightclub.
The 24-year-old was on the run for a week but was found in a police raid on Sunday morning at a house in Northamptonshire by around 30 officers.
To make matters even more complicated, Ferne yesterday confirmed that she was pregnant with Arthur's child.
Arthur, who allegedly threw acid into a nightclub, stood in court on crutches in a hoodie alongside Andre Phoenix, who was also being charged in connection with the attack.
The reason for the crutches may have been due to Arthur reportedly being tasered by the police officers who raided the house.
Ciro D'Alessio, prosecuting, said: "More than 20 people were affected and two people were partially blinded - a lot are seriously affected."
District Judge Gareth Branston said: "These are hugely serious matters involving multiple victims. It is clear these are all very serious injuries some were clearly life changing injuries affecting eye site and alike."
Both Collins and Phoenix will remain in custody until they appear at the Crown Court in Wood Green on 22 May.
