Former Love Island star Dani Dyer has opened up about the 'nasty' comments she receives from online trolls regarding her son Santiago's stature.

In a recent Q&A with fans via her Instagram Stories, a parent asked Dani, "My little boy is a pocket rocket like Santi! How do you deal with size comments x"

Dani tackled the question head on, opening up about reading 'nasty comments' directed towards her and her son online. She said, "I try not to let comments hurt me anymore... I'm a very sensitive person and take everything to heart."

She continued, "But every baby is so different. I've had few nasty comments on the Daily Mail on Santi being too small for his age but he is a healthy happy baby and that's all that matters to me."

The reality star – who won her series of Love Island alongside ex Jack Fincham in 2018 – announced the amazing news of her first pregnancy on Instagram in July 2020, writing, "Little bubba can’t believe you are going to be ours.

"Me and Sammy are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives, feel so lucky and grateful... 2021💖💙."

Dani gave birth six months later in January and announced the news in true reality star with - you guessed it - a post on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of her kissing her newborn son on the head, she wrote, "After a very long day and night finally our special little boy arrived 23/01/2021 💙 Weighing 7 pound...

"We are in a complete baby bubble and enjoying every moment, can not believe he is ours, completely in love and so grateful to be his mummy... Sending all my love to all the other mommas to be out there in lockdown.. the best experience ever will never forget this day✨."

Dani later told fans the name 'Santiago' was inspired by her mum Jo's Spanish heritage. She wrote on Instagram, "My mum is half Spanish and she said the name to me a few times. Then I see it on a programme and fell in love with it ❤️.

“Love that it’s unusual and really doesn’t bother me when people say they don’t like it xx.”

Now let's talk about this "we", shall we?

Is Dani Dyer still with Sammy Kimmence?

Santiago's daddy is Sammy Kimmence. Dani and Sammy actually dated before she went on Love Island, where she famously got cosy with Love Island fave Jack Fincham. Images of this pair cooking that reunion Christmas dinner still live rent free in our minds and hearts.

But after the Love Island 2018 winners went their separate ways, Dani reunited with her ex-boyfriend weeks after she breaking up with Jack.

Dani and Sammy eventually called it quits when Sammy was sentenced to 42 months in prison for fraud.

Yep, that'll do it.

Who is Dani Dyer dating now?

Dani went Instagram official with new man Jarrod Bowen in December 2021.

Romance rumours were originally sparked between the pair in October when the footballer was spotted leaving Dani's Essex home, but nothing was confirmed for several weeks.

The two now regularly share sweet snaps of each other and it's clear they're pretty loved up.

During her recent Q&A, another fan asked about Santi's and Jarrod's relationship, enquiring, "How is Jarrod's and Santi's relationship? Love your little family❤️."

To which Dani responded, "I get a lot of family related questions❤️.

"Jarrod is amazing with santi they have a beautiful bon❤️.

"Santi will have extra family on both sides as long as he is loved/cared for and happy then that's all that matters❤️."

Our hearts are FULL.

Is another baby on the way with Dani Dyer?

This isn't us powering up the rumour mill, promise; just us reporting on a question put forward to Dani by one nosy fan. We love it see it.

The fan asked, "When's the next baby coming???? Lol 🤞🏻 🤞🏻."

Dani responded, saying "Give a girl some time😂❤️."
