Liam Payne and Cheryl have made plans to double the size of their multi million pound mansion with a new extension.
The couple, who welcomed baby Bear in March, have reportedly submitted plans to expand their house as their family gets bigger.
Liam has owned the £5.1 million mansion, in Woking, Surrey, since 2015, and he and Cheryl have submitted multiple planning applications to the council.
Now, it has been reported that the pair are looking to create a new garage area equipped with a passageway into the main house, the indoor pool area and the ‘granny flat’.
The renovations are set to increase the property by a gigantic 71.8%, with the extension almost equalling the size of the current building.
The Mail Online said: “The existing and original house at Hampton Manor has a footprint of 433 square metres, an overall floor area of 1024 square metres and a cubic content of 3437 cubic metres.
“The proposed extension, including the basement and two-bay garage would have a floor area of 473 square metres and a cubic content of 2494 cubic metres.
“This amounts to a total increase of 71.8% above the cubic content of the original dwelling.”
This isn’t the first time that Cheryl and Liam have had the builders in. In February, the pair converted three garages into a giant snooker room, and built their underground gym and pool.
Could these renovations mean that the singers are already planning for baby number two?!
Recently, Liam revealed he’d be keen.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: “Bear is the best creation I’ve ever made so I welcome the idea completely. But, when? I don’t really know.
“I’m about to do an album and tour for a bit so we need some time before we think about baby No2, but we’ve got time so that’s OK."
