Cheryl may have gone silent on social media since, well pregnancy rumours first began but after welcoming baby Bear into the world it looks like she's finally returning.
We've been seeing a LOT of Liam Payne while he's been promoting his new music and he's been keeping the world up to date with his family life. From revealing baby Bear's adorable nickname, to confessing his and Chez's guilty pleasure after becoming parents and he even confirmed that Bear Payne's middle name is just as unusual as his first.
But now his 33-year-old girlfriend has posted a selfie alongside her boyfriend while they head out on a date night. She posted two photos using a cute Snapchat filter and captioned the picture: "Date night 😏"

The yummy mummy has slowly but surely been returning to social media, she recently posted a photo of herself and thanked her 3.5 million followers for all their birthday wishes. She wrote alongside the photo: "Birthday bunny 😏🎊🎉🎈... Thank you sooo much for all my lovely birthday wishes. 🙏🏼 You always make me feel so special ☺️"
