Charlotte Crosby fans shared their worry that she's had more surgery after she posted a snap from her Brazil trip on Instagram
The former Geordie Shore star is no stranger to surgery, having admitted to Botox, lip fillers, breast surgery and a nose job.
But in now-deleted comments, fans urged the 28 year old to stop altering her appearance.
According to The Mirror, one commented: "She should have stopped with the surgery, Botox & fillers a long time ago."
Another follower allegedly wrote: "Poor girl her face is badly swollen. Is it an allergy?"
A third is said to have warned: "Chill on the BOTOX fam."
Charlotte's post is now only accompanied by positive remarks. Which is fair enough, frankly.

Surgery trend: celebs are turning into Bratz dolls
With their defined cheekbones, oversized lips, wide eyes and button noses, stars such as Kylie Jenner, Charlotte Crosby and Chloe Ferry are becoming almost doll-like – specifically Bratz dolls, the sassy female figures popular with children in the early 2000s.
Reality star Kylie, 21, appeared to lead the way when she confessed in 2015 that her noticeably oversized pout was down to lip fillers. Her revelation led to a huge increase in requests for the procedure.
Fans have since commented on Kylie’s Bratz doll-like appearance, with one writing, “Kylie is a living Bratz doll”. Even her sister Kendall said in an episode of KUWTK, “Did anyone ever tell you that you look like a Bratz doll?”
Geordie Shore star Chloe, 23 – who’s had Botox, lip and facial fillers and two nose jobs – admitted she was keen to emulate Kylie’s large-lipped, wide-eyed look, saying, “Kylie’s look has definitely inspired me. I hate the natural look – I’m all about the big lips, the small nose and flawless skin.”
Chloe’s former co-star Charlotte was completely natural when she joined the show in 2011, but she’s since had a nose job as well as Botox, lip and facial fillers.
Critics have likened her to a “melted Bratz doll”, but Charlotte, 28, seems to love her image, saying, “Everyone has a different opinion, but I don’t care what they think. I think I look quite pretty and most people comment, saying I’m ‘fit’ and ‘sexy’.”
Surgeon Mark Ho-Asjoe says he’s getting an increasing amount of requests for big lips, high cheekbones and tiny noses and believes it’s social media that’s to blame for this alarming trend.
He says, “It used to be about a subtle look, without it being obvious you’ve had any work. But now clients want their features to be as defined as possible. I’ve had clients come in and say they want to look like dolls. The clear skin, larger eyes and lips and petite noses of dolls have been popular requests for years, but the Bratz look seems to take it one step further."
"In my opinion, it’s all down to social media. Many young women use editing apps to alter their looks, and then they come in and ask me to make them look like that in real life.
"The problem is that your face can look out of proportion, and while it may look good on Instagram, it looks odd in real life. The obsession with social media means that people tend to want to look better in photos than in person these days.”

Psychological therapist Emma Kenny says that this quest for achieving a doll-like look can be physically and emotionally damaging to young women.
She insists, “These girls seem to want to change themselves so drastically that they can’t have good self-esteem. They seem to be externalising their lack of self-worth and trying to feel good on the inside by adjusting what’s on the outside.
"But surgery won’t fix their issues; it’ll just numb it temporarily, along with the natural high that comes with getting these procedures and believing you look better.
“There’s also the danger of getting addicted to it. The natural high will wear off and they’ll be looking for their next buzz. They’re forever chasing their idea of what perfection is, but it’s something they’re unlikely to ever be completely happy with."
