Turning 30 is a big deal so it's no surprise Adele went large when it came to celebrating this landmark birthday.
The singer threw an incredible Titanic themed party on Saturday 5th (her actual birthday) and if the pictures she posted to her Instagram are anything to go by, then it's safe to say she had a pretty good time.
Dressed as the 1997 film's main character Rose Dewitt Bukater, played by Kate Winslet, Adele can be seen stepping out of a car on arrival, dancing with Sam Taylor Johnson and posing at the top of a sweeping staircase just like the one on the Titanic which was recreated for the movie.
Amazing!
The superstar used her Instagram post to say thank you to all her friends and family as well as to pay tribute to rapper Childish Gambino. She said:
"Dirty 30! I’m not sure what I’m going to do for the next 30 years as I’ve been blessed beyond words in my life so far. Thank you to everyone for coming along for the ride the last 11 years with me. My family and friends for entertaining my super fandom of the Titanic movie. Last night was the best night of my life. Here’s a couple pics. I’m absolutely f***ed, not sure I’ll make it out the house again!
Ps Childish Gambino how the hell do you have time to offer us so much greatness on so many platforms. I adore you"
Forget the Met Gala or the Oscars, we think Adele's 30th looks like the best party of the year and we just wish we could have been celebrating her awesomeness alongside her.
