How to apply full coverage foundation?
Honestly, it depends on how much product you actually want on your face.
A make-up sponge is ideal if you've put on too much product and want the sponge to soak up some of the foundation. It's also great to blend your make-up for a natural finish - 10/10 would recommend.
However, if you want more of your product to go a long way, then a make-up brush is what you're going to want your hands on. It'll spread more of your make-up out on your face, but depending on the quality of the brushes, you might want to also use a make-up sponge to make sure everything is blended nicely.
