Former Love Island star turned newbie TOWIE player Elma Pazar hasn't exactly rocked the boat yet on series 30 of the ITVBe reality series. To be honest, she's just given us a bucket load of Gretchen Wieners vibes to Amber Turner's Regina George, so far.
She definitely seems to be getting a lay of the land in the first few episodes and testing the waters with her new co-stars, which is fair play considering the series is slowly turning into West Side Story with more talon nails, Amy x Liquid Diamond Prosecco and tiny dogs. Pick a side and make sure it's the right one because there will be casualties.
Producers are definitely are easing Elma into the #dramz gently and although we don't quite know Elma's role in TOWIE this season, we're keeping a close eye.
And thank the GC we are, otherwise we wouldn't have spotted Elma's incredible hair transformation, going from Gretchen's signature brunette locks to a Regina-inspired blonder look - watch your back, Amber.
The 2019 Love Island star posted a sensational video to her Instagram Reel showcasing her 360 hair transformation from – in her words – "brunette to brondieeeee" (officially our new favourite word - DON'T ever stop trying to make "brondie" happen, Elma, because we're a bit obsessed with it.
Elma captioned the video, "From Brunette to Brondieeeee by the best @hairbygalit 💞💞💞."
And it's safe to say her fans share the same views as the Closer squad.

Elma's new locks even got Regina's seal of approval, with Amber commenting, "Amazing 😍." In our minds, this was written with an air of, "OMG, I love your bracelet, where did you get it?"
Elma rose to film following her short stint on Love Island back in 2019. After entering the villa with Maura Higgins, Elma coupled up with Anton Danyluk but after they were voted one of the least incompatible couples alongside Joe Garratt and Lucie Donlan, she was kicked out of the villa.
And the rest is history, honey.
