In more fitness news it's well known that Holly Willoughby doesn't discuss her diet or weight loss because she doesn't want to trigger eating disorders.

However it's since come to light that to get back into shape after giving birth to her daughter Belle in 2011 she opted to do pilates.

Lynne Robinson, from Body Control Pilates, worked with Holly once a week at her home, doing strength and conditioning work to get her back in shape.

The instructor explained, "I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.

"Holly had postnatal mat work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core," she toldThe Sun.
