MORNING 7AM: I have two human alarm clocks, thanks to my sons [Bobby, five, and Cole, three]. They wake me up and get into bed for a cuddle before we go downstairs for breakfast. The first thing I do is put the coffee machine on; I need to have caffeine instantly to function!
9AM: When it comes to dressing for the school run, I tend to wing it. I make sure I’ve got the boys’ uniforms laid out but, with me, it will be how I feel on the day. I bought an amazing velour Adidas tracksuit just before lockdown – it’s so cosy and my go-to!
10AM: If I’ve got the energy, I’ll make myself do a workout. I do zero-gravity revolving Pilates and there are loads of online sessions now, which is really handy.
AFTERNOON 12PM: I get dressed for the day. My style is way more practical than it used to be since becoming a mum. Heels are pretty much out of the question for me now! I like wearing wide-leg trousers, a cosy Regatta coat and trainers for a chic mum-on-the-run vibe. I’m not wearing a lot of make-up at the moment, either. If I’m out and about I’ll put on some mascara and nude lip gloss to make myself look more awake. I’ve started using Max Factor mascara, which I love.
1PM: I usually have something quick for lunch, like a salad or a jacket potato.

2PM: When I’m not working, I’ll do some errands or a little shopping. I’ve always preferred online shopping; I like having the time to try things on properly. ASOS is good because they’ve got everything and cover so many brands. I’m not bothered about buying designer, unless it was a piece I really wanted that would be a staple for my wardrobe.
3PM: It’s the school pick-up. When I’m out, I always carry a massive tote bag with me so I have enough room for all the kids’ stuff. I carry baby wipes, a face mask, a water bottle and a Tom Ford lipstick – they’re not cheap, but the colours are just amazing.

EVENING 7PM: After the kids have their dinner and a bath, I put them to bed. Then Justin [her husband of four years] and I will have our downtime. Dinner depends on what we have in, but I’m partial to buffalo wings and can’t resist halloumi fries! We love box sets and have just started watching Schitt’s Creek, which is a lot of fun.
9PM: I’m not too fussed about a strict beauty regime at night, although I do like Palmolive’s shower gel! I usually go for facial treatments at my friend Shane Cooper’s clinic, so I really missed him during lockdown!
10PM: I get into bed! I love PJs but I can’t wear anything too constricting because I can’t bear being too hot in bed. I usually wear little shorts and a T-shirt – New Look always have great sets.
