If there is one thing, we love to know about celebs with gloriously glowy skin, it is what skincare products they can’t stop using and who better to offer up some tips and tricks than the Love Island contestants?

The girls and guys spend weeks in the sun (whether it be in Spain or South Africa) and from spending hours in the pool and sunbathing all day to applying a new face of make-up each night to gather around the fire pit, their skin must go through it and yet they always look fabulous.

We are just dying to know how they manage to maintain such dewy skin whilst enduring hours of film, do they swear by a certain toner or tanner? Is there a hydrating moisturiser we’re missing out on?

During a chat with the recently dumped Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda on the latest episode of Close'sr Love Island Secrets, we asked them to give confess what we need to do in order to achieve skin as gorge as theirs.

“I love the Elemis balm for talking off the make-up,” Olivia admitted.

A product adored by everyone from influencers and film stars to beauty artists and musicians, the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm will set you back a hefty £12-£50 depending on what size tub you pick up.

The actress went on to profess her love for an absolute cult fave.

“Also The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid, I swear by that,” she confessed.

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% B5 claims to be suitable for all skin types and at less than a tenner is an affordable product perfect for daily use after cleansing.

As with all of The Ordinary's skincare range, the website offers details on not only ingredients and how the acid works but also the best way to apply and use it.

Olivia shows off her glowy skin

“You have to put it on damp skin but it really good for your skin then lock it in,” Olivia explained having seen her on our TV screens every week looking luminous and smooth-skinned we will definitely be taking her word for it.

Olivia also admitted that a certain Islander was all about skincare and it’s not who we were expecting.

“So Tom [Clare] had a really good skincare routine,” she admitted.

"He doing the most," Maxwell agreed.

We will be sure to quiz the northerner on his regime when he leaves the villa this week.
