First-time mum Dani Dyer opened up about six-month-old Santiago'steething troubles during a YouTube video, titled'My Evening Routine | with 0-6 Month Old Baby'

The former Love Island winner said, "To be fair, today he's been a bit groggy, I think it is his teeth, bless him. Obviously, nothings growing through yet, but he's just been biting on anything."

Although Dani explains how she isn't 100% sure if Santi is teething and asked her subscribers for advice, the 24-year-old shares her age-old hack for baby grumbles which seems to be doing the job.

"I do give him the[Ashton & Parsons Teething Power {href='https://www.boots.com/ashton-and-parsons-infants-powders-30-sachets-10190787' target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer'}) which is brilliant. I did try the gel but he just licked it basically, so the powder is definitely better for us. That's what we use now and we usually use it at night time, because that's when I notice he needs it more."

Teething can be a trying time for both babies and parents. Like Santi, most babies will begin teething at around six months, however every child is different and teething symptoms can vary considerably.

Of course, Dani isn't the first parent to love Ashton & Parsons Teething Powder, it's a natural remedy that has been loved by generations of parents and has been around for over 150 years!

The powder contains tincture of Matricaria (a flowering plant related to Chamomile) and is used for the symptomatic relief of teething pain and the symptoms associated with teething.

Tips for getting a good night's sleep:

Limit screens: aim to stop using all of your screens a few hours before bedtime. Now is the chance to do your skincare routine and read a book.

Switch to decaf: well, at least after lunchtime, so your body can naturally release melatonin, the hormone responsible for our sleep-wake cycle.

Try the Calm App: it has soothing meditations which are designed to help you fall asleep. Works like a charm.
