A study has found that Brits are not getting nearly enough sunlight in the winter months - and this could have serious health implications.
Apparently, the average person is only seeing around 10 hours of daylight every week during the winter months.
We KNEW it was bad for us to turn back those clocks. But that extra hour in bed was lovely, we must admit...

With the sun going in so soon as well as a lack of time to take actual lunch breaks, this is meaning that most people are only seeing daylight for one hour and three minutes every day.
Come on guys, that's no good!
According to the survey undertaken by Healthspan, we only take a 33-minute lunch break - and 77% of people have days where they don't see any daylight at ALL.
Eight in 10 people are going to work whilst it's still dark and then leaving work in the dark too, and a worrying 56% of people say they don't even leave the house some weekends.

3) You may become unmotivated
4) You may suffer from depression
5) You could become unfit
6) Staying inside could make your skin more pale
7) You're more likely to catch a cold and become unwell

9) You might be hungrier than usual
10) You may have trouble concentrating or holding sustaining your attention
