UK weather is about to turn VERY nasty, we're afraid...
The past month has been pretty glorious, weather-wise.
It was the warmest May since records began, and we were all loving life in the sun with our sunglasses on and summery clothes.
Some of us even got the factor 50 out.
But if we'd known how quickly it was going to turn, we might have savoured it a bit longer...
That's right - we're afraid it's about to get VERY rainy, everyone.
If you thought today was just a one-off and that we would soon be returning to the summery May days, you were completely wrong.
Sorry.
A forecaster for the Met Office told Metro.co.uk that we should be prepared for some "very unsettled" weather in the coming days.
Grahame Madge told the site: "Today and early tomorrow we have a yellow warning out for rain, which extends from South Wales all the way up to the north west of England.
"Many parts of the country will see 40mm to 60mm of rain, but it’s even possible that there could be 80mm of rain in high ground areas like the Welsh mountains and Lake District."
Blimey - we hope no-one has holidays planned up there.
Mr Madge added: "On the whole, it’s a much more unsettled spell than we've had recently."
GREAT.
