Thanks to The Doma India School in San Luis, Argentina, horse yoga is now something that very much exists - and it is as bizarre as it sounds.

In the video published by the school, one of their yoga instructors is shown assisting a horse to perform a variety of positions.

Apparently the school tames and trains the horses using methods of non-violence and persuasion, eventually getting the animals to respond to their every move.

At one point the instructor can be seen holding onto the horse as he does a sort of handstand on top of him, whilst at others the animal can be seen stretching and flexing it's legs at the request of the instructor.

We're still not sure this will catch on….
