This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield interviewed a man about his penoplasty (aka his penis enhancement surgery) on the show yesterday.

However the unusually thing about this particular case was the fact that Billy-Tom O’Conner already had 10-inches worth of manhood.

As he already had length (did we mention it was 10 inches long?), Billy-Tom opted for width / girth enhancing penal surgery, which saw fat liposuctioned from his body and pumped into his wing-wang.

Perhaps somewhat shockingly, Holly and Phillip then sat back as before and after photographs of the man's penis were shown on television.

Recovering from her shock, pregnant Holly asked Billy-Tom an important question: "Is bigger really better?"

To which Billy-Tom explained: "A lot of girls think so. On two occasions I have got to the point where they’ve seen it and they’ve refused me.

"They just point blank said they’re not willing to go any further with that. But most other girls absolutely loved it."
