The 18-year-old British teen was last seen on September 13 with Jesse Matthew, who has now been arrested and charged with abduction and intent to defile.

Hannah’s body was discovered by police officers, just five miles away from where another missing person, Morgan Harrington, was found dead in 2009.

Matthew, 32, has now been linked to both deaths.

Police officer Dale Terry said ‘God wanted’ them to discover the girl’s body, in order to bring closure to her distraught family,

‘Something inside me just told me to continue to look,’ he said.

‘We knew we were here for a mission to bring closure and hopefully that’s what we’ve done.’

Hannah was found near an abandoned property on a rural road, close to where suspect Matthew grew up.

Graham’s parents issued a passionate plea on October 13, one month after her disappearance, begging anyone who knew where Hannah might be to come forward.

‘It is heart-breaking for us that the person or persons who know where Hannah is have not come forward with that information.’

Hannah Graham and Morgan Harrington were both students at Virgina Tech university at the time of their disappearance.
