The witness, 'Nick,' said: ’The MP was particularly nasty, even among the group of people who sexually abused me and others.’

He testified that the murder happened at an ‘abuse party’ in central London in 1980.

‘I watched while that happened’ he said. ‘I am not sure how I got out of that. Whether I will ever know why I survived, I am not sure.’

Nick said his abusive father gave him to the paedophile ring - made up of MPs and other VIPs at an apartment complex near Pimilico, right next to parliament.

He testified that he and the boy who was later murdered were picked up by a chauffeur driven car en route to the party.

Nick said the boy was aged about 12, and had brown hair. He did not know the name of the victim.

The ex minister repeatedly raped him and other boys who were between 10 and 14 at the time, and strangled one to death.

He also added that another boy was killed a year later by two men whose names he did not know, in front of another MP.

Police are now investigating his claims.
