Megan confirmed her Golden Goddess status in this jaw-dropping mesh-and-sequin Julian McDonald dress and 'oh, I just got out of the shower' wet waves (how does she nail this look when we just end up with greasy looking hair?!).

After announcing her new high-street fashion collaboration, Dani looked simply perfect in this white strappy number which made her golden tan GLOW. She also wore the best accessories: boyfriend Jack Fincham and dad Danny Dyer.

Michelle Keegan3 of 20

Michelle Keegan

Best Actress winner Michelle Keegan would look gorgeous in a black bin bag, so she looked SENSATIONAL in this black top-and-trousers combo. We love he statement feather detail and that slicked back mane of dark hair.

Ross Adams

Hollyoaks actor Ross Adams looked tres dapper in this maroon and black tuxedo - a far cry from the 'loud' outfits his character Scott Drinkwell dons in the 'Oaks. Speaking of Chester's finest village, you can see next week's Hollyoaks spoilers right here.

Kelly Brook

Va-va-voom, Kelly Brook bleeds sexy sophistication in this vampish velvet frock. In one word: SLAY.

We all know that Holly NEVER gets it wrong with her sartorial choices (see here for all her on-point This Morning looks) and last night was no exception. This tartan trouser suit is a perfect autumnal choice, given a razor sharp edge with those Kurt Keiger heels. No wonder Marks and Sparks have collaborated with her for their new collection.

Did Hollyoakster Sarah Jayne Dunn go for gold after sharing style notes with Megan Barton Hanson? She looked equally gorgeous in this metallic gold dress, complete with a high side-split to show off the best legs on the planet (fact).

Dr Ranj Singh8 of 20

Dr Ranj Singh

We applaud Dr Ranj for breaking the sea of black suits with this snazzy dark blue number complete with paisley print. Does this mean that he's going to REALLY push the boat out with his Strictly Come Dancing outfits? We hope so. See which other celebs are taking part in this year's Strictly here.

Emma Atkins9 of 20

Emma Atkins

We LOVE a trouser suit, so thank you for stepping out in these trews, Emma Atkins. The Emmerdale star made us all jealous with the Gucci belt we all want to get our hands on. (Psst, you can see next week's Emmerdale spoilers here.)

Floor length black dress? Tick. Rolling waves and a red lip? Tick. Sparkly clutch bag? Tick. Coronation Street actress Victoria Ekanoye nailed the classic red carpet look in her timeless outfit. Speaking of well-loved classics, you can check out next week's Corrie spoilers right here.

Andrea McClean11 of 20

How perfect is this turquoise colour on Loose Women presenter Andrea McClean? Making the most out of the last days of summer (we're still clinging on) she chose a bright hue with a deep plunge. WIN.

Lisa Snowdon12 of 20

Lisa Snowdon

Hurrah for another trouser suit! Lisa Snowdon is an androgynous dream in this relaxed black and white number.

Chloe Sims13 of 20

A Grecian goddess graced the red carpet last night. Oh no, wait, it's just Chloe Sims. But seriously, what a vision! She wore a floor length bright white gown with a simple gold band around the waist. Her tumbling, highlighted finished the look perfectly.

Jaye Jacobs14 of 20

Jaye Jacobs

Another LBD that did not disappoint, Holby City actress Jaye Jacobs keep it simple but sharp in this V-neck flared number.

Saira Khan15 of 20

Saira Khan

We're a little bit obsessed with how much this cobalt blue compliments TV presenter Saira Khan's warm skin tone. The golden drop-earrings are just too perfect with it.

Georgia Steel16 of 20

Georgia Steel

Georgia Steel is seriously LOYAL (sorry) to that swishing ponytail, and rightly so - it's a glossy godsend from hair heaven. Her LBD is simple but cute.

Georgia Kousoulou17 of 20

Georgia Kousoulou

We're not quite sure what's going on in Georgia Kousoulou's outfit (is it a jumpsuit with wings?!), but were into it. Any outfit with pockets is a winner in our eyes. And that slicked back hair is FIRE EMOJI.

Rebekah Vardy18 of 20

Rebekah Vardy

Rebekah Vardy joins her Loose Women co-star Andre McClean in bringing out the bright colours. Her tan and dark locks look incredible against the bright yellow frock.

Danny Dyer19 of 20

Danny Dyer

Dapper Danny Dyer was the star of the show last, (did you see that HILARIOUS winning speech he gave?). Daughter Dani Dyer was on hand to straighten up his suave suit and we think he looked HOT (it's totally OK to fancy Mick Carter, right?!). He won the Best Actor award for EastEnders - you can see next week's spoilers for the show here.

Malique Thompson20 of 20

Malique Thompson

Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson looked all grownup in his black-tie suit last night. It's his cheeky grin that really set him apart from the rest! Aw, bless him.

Richard said: "I can’t wait to be hosting the best night of the TV year once again. The atmosphere is always amazing, full of famous faces from drama, comedy, entertainment, and people who I assume are from ‘Love Island’! Such a great celebration of great TV."

This really is the people’s choice, as 1.4m weekly readers of Britain's best-selling magazine, TV Choice, pick their winners by voting online or via forms in the magazine.

The soaps keep us tuning in every week, thanks to gripping storylines and stunning performances. No doubt there will be some tough battles for this year’s trophies, but we’ll have to wait until the big night to see which show scoops the top prize, when it is crowned Best Soap.
