Brace yourselves, Strictly fans: telly insiders have revealed that the show could be axed entirely if London goes back into a full local lockdown.
Strictly was one of the few shows to be saved from the dreaded 2020 cull, with loads of our favourite shows, including Love Island and TOWIE, cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic.
But now it looks as though this year’s season could in fact be pulled all together if London goes back into a local lockdown.

“They couldn’t even delay the show until early next year because of a number of issues, including them being unable to use their usual studios. While everyone is hopeful it won’t happen, preparations have been made if it does.
