It was only a few weeks ago that Michelle Keegan confirmed she had quit Our Girl after four years and now it looks like she's set her sights on a Downtown Abbey movie.

The actor admitted that she wants to try something different to what she's previously been in; we've seen her as Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street, Georgie Lane in Our Girl and Erin in Brassic.

"You know what, I don’t mind, but anything that pushes me as an actor and changes people’s perception to say, ‘Oh I didn’t expect her to do that’, would be really good," she admitted.
