Whenever Love Island begins there's always a resemblance between the new Islanders and former stars from the show.

However this year it appears that one Love Island 2021 couple is reminding fans of a TOWIE couple.

Things seem to be heating up between Millie Court and Liam Reardon in the villa and it's left a lot of Love Island fans thinking of TOWIE's Amber Turner and Dan Edgar.

"Why do Millie & Liam looks so much like Amber Turner & Dan Edgar 🤯 #towie #loveIsland @LoveIsland @OnlyWayIsEssex," wrote one fan.

Someone else commented, "Millie and Liam are a carbon copy of Amber and Dan #loveIsland #towie".

A third wrote, "Sorry but I can’t be the only one seeing this #LoveIsland #towie #doppelganger".

One more added, "#LoveIsland Liam and Millie remind me so much of Dan Edgar and Amber 😱 #towie".

Amber and Dan first started dating in 2017 but things haven't always been easy. They first got together shortly after she split from her ex-boyfriend Jamie Reed, they've had plenty of hiccups in their relationship and in 2019 during a break up it came to light that Dan was seeing Chloe Sims.

Dan and Amber have since reunited and it appears that they've gone from strength to strength and they've even moved in together.

Meanwhile in the Love Island villa things appeared to be going well with Millie, 24, and Liam, 21, who have even talked about moving in together.

However towards the end of a recent episode it appeared that Millie may have doubts about their relationship due to their age.

After she asked him, "Do you think there is a difference because of our age gap?"

Liam responded, "No. Do you?"

She then admitted, "Just a little bit. I don’t really know what it is. Maybe I’m overthinking it. You are wanting a proper relationship, right?"

And Liam responded, "That’s what I’m here for."

It was only recent that Faye Winter admitted she had doubts about Liam, when she was coupled up with him, due to his future plans.
