Holly Willoughby is one of the most-loved presenters on TV, hosting shows like This Morning, Dancing On Ice, Celebrity Juice and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here over the years, but the 39-year-old has now bravely opened up about living with dyslexia.
As she approaches her 40th birthday next year, Holly's revealed the struggles she faced growing up with dyslexia, admitting it used to 'hold her back' as she believed everybody in her class thought she was 'stupid'.
"I've struggled with dyslexia since I was young and it used to hold me back.
"At school, reading out loud absolutely terrified me because I'd get all the words wrong and I was convinced everybody thought I was stupid," she told Red.
Holly, who hosts This Morning alongside best friend Phillip Schofield, later revealed she still makes mistakes on the show because of it.
"It still happens now, most of the mistakes I make on This Morning are because of it, but it doesn't do what it did to me back then because I don’t let it have power.
"I now know that it's all about how you package it in your head," she added.
According to the NHS, one in every ten people in the UK has some degree of dyslexia, with symptoms such as difficulty with reading, writing and spelling.

Meanwhile, mum-of-three Holly, who will turn 40 in February 2021, also revealed to the publication that she's ready to focus on herself.
Admitting her 30s were for her children - Harry, Belle and Chester - Holly said, "My 30s have been all about the kids – bringing them up, keeping all these balls afloat – but now they’re getting older, there’s a bit more space where I can start focusing on things that are happening for me.
"I see my 40s as a chance to find myself again and figure out who I am."

Earlier this year, the mum-of-three announced she had quit her role on ITV2 panel show Celebrity Juice, after a massive 12 years alongside Keith Lemon.
Sharing an emotional farewell on social media, Holly told fans, "Thank you @celebjuiceofficial for 12 years of fantastic chaos...
"I can’t quite believe what we’ve done and how quick that time has gone. Thank you to you all for watching..we’ve always had the loudest and best audiences. Also a huge thank you to @itv2 for believing in the show in the first place and for all of your support...
"Over the years the production team has changed, however to anyone lucky enough to have worked on the show, they will know that we really do have the best time, it’s never felt like work and always been to me like a night out...".
Holly first joined the show back in 2008.
