Besides a stint on Dancing on Ice back in 2006, former Blue member Duncan James has shunned reality TV – until now.
The singer, 42, says he’s had a change of heart since starring in Celebs On The Farm – and would “jump” at the chance to take part in a show like I’m A Celeb.
He tells Closer, “I’ve stayed away from it, but this was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done. I had so much fun. Now, if I got offered something else, I’d probably jump at it.
“I don’t know why I was so anti-reality for so many years. I think it’s because you’re so exposed. I don’t come from that kind of world. It was all new to me. But I really enjoyed it and got to work with some amazing people.”
Duncan particularly bonded with Lady Colin Campbell – Lady C – 71. He says, “She’s an incredible lady and I wanted to talk to her every single day because she’s so knowledgeable. I found her fascinating.”
The show also gave him the chance to reconnect with Atomic Kitten singer and old friend, Kerry Katona. He says, “I met Kerry 20 years ago when I was with Blue and Atomic Kitten were signed to the same record label. We’ve been friends ever since. We hadn’t been in contact with each other for a long time because life moves on, doesn’t it?”

Duncan James
He may have been in Blue, but things are going to be significantly more brown for Duncan come January when he's mucking out with the pigs.
Lady C
In all likelihood, you'll probably know Lady C as the one that caused all the drams on I'm A Celeb 2015 - let's hope she creates as much of a stir in her stint on the farm.
Holly Hagan
Former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan won't be getting her hair styled every morning on the farm, that's for sure. But, perhaps she'll thrive in the Dales? We guess we'll have to wait and see.
Malique Thompson-Dwyer
We wonder what Hollyoaks star Malique will make of all the sheering and sheep herding? Not quite Chester, but the Yorkshire Dales are just a couple hours away, we guess.
Linda Robson
Bird of a Feather actress Linda Robson will be getting up close and personal with some feather this January. Chicken feathers, that is.
Shaun Williamson
He was inches from the Celebrity Big Brother final, let's see how he manages with milking and mucking out.
Montana Brown
Best known for her stint on Love Island 2017, Celebs on the Farm will have Montana ditching her swimwear and chucking on some flannel - we wonder whether she'll sink or swim...

He added, “So it was nice to reconnect with her again. We had a nice time actually, chatting about the old days and old memories and all the Smash Hits tours that we used to do together and having a giggle, really.”
Duncan says the mum-of-five, 40, has changed a lot over the years – and for the better.
He adds, “She’s very different now. She’s gone through a lot, bless her, and she’s in a really, really good place at the moment. She’s sorted herself out. It’s just lovely to see how well she’s turned her life around and just what a good place she’s in.”
