Another Coronation Street star has confirmed they're taking part in Dancing on Ice

Coronation Street fans you're definitely going to enjoy the newest series of Dancing on Ice because two of Weatherfield residents will be taking part in the ITV show.

The first star confirmed to be taking in the newest series of Dancing on Ice was Brooke Vincent - who plays Sophie Webster - and now Anton Cotton, aka Sean Tully, will be dancing his way onto the ice rink.

The 42-year-old star confirmed the exciting news after Monday night's Coronation Street episode. While the credits appeared on the screen, the Corrie actor said: "I'm Antony Cotton from 'Coronation Street' and I've got some really cool news.

"Dancing On Ice is back and guess what - I'm a contestant.

"I better get my skates on - I've got practicing to do!"

Alongside Antony and Brooke Vincent they'll be joined by Kem Cetinay, Jake Quickenden, Cheryl Baker and Perri Shakes-Drayton. Diversity star Ashley Banjo has also been confirmed as the fourth judge on the show.

Eek!

It looks like Corrie stars have all trying out different career paths as it recently came to light than another actress on the Cobbles could be taking part in the newest series of I'm A Celeb!
