I don't know about you, but I get a real craving for a chick flick. Every now and then, I just need one. They're safe, feel-good and reliable. Perfect for taking the edge off after a crazy day or vegging on the sofa after a big night, you're guaranteed to feel better after watching it and that's what I love about them. It's like a cuddle, but in film form.
Whether I opt for a rom-com, a straight up tear-jerker or a glorious #GirlPower triumph, there's always something to suit my mood and there are still plenty I've yet to see. If you ask me, the chick flicks of the '90s and '00s were easily the best of the bunch, but we have had some later releases that have really made their mark, too.
