This year's series of Strictly Come Dancing is in full swing with the Halloween special having come and gone and somehow, five celebrities' chance to win the glitter ball trophy have already been diminished.
One couple who is still in the competition despite some, ahem, touchy feely drama is Wynne Evans and Katya Jones and former dancing professional, Brendan Cole has THOUGHTS.
The couple found themselves caught up in a little controversy when an awkward moment aired a few weeks back which saw Wynne placing his hand on Katya's waist with the dancer pushing him away with an uncomfortable look on her face.
The fan theory that the dancing duo did not get on thickened after Wynne's failed attempt at a high-five was caught on camera. The awkward AF moment saw Katya refuse to high-five Wynne before turning to the camera looking unimpressed before forcing a smile.
Talking about the fact that Wynne and Katya are still on the entertainment show despite the scandal, Brendan revealed, 'He's [Wynne Evans] definitely got something that's very likable about him.'
'When you see him do his number, it's joyous,' he went on before going on to chat about Katya. 'Katya is a brilliant choreographer, she knows exactly how to play it.'
Wynne and Katya took to social media to laugh off the 'uncomfortable' altercation and declared they were 'messing around'.
Katya added, 'The hand incident that happened on Saturday night was a very silly, very silly inside joke between Wynne and I.'
'They're very clever in what they're putting out there,' the New Zealand born ballroom dancer added. 'He's got this rhythm and a natural ability to be within the music, which some people will not have.'
