After a pretty dreary week (where's the sun gone, guys?), we're looking forward to a weekend of fab telly.

From a special BREXIT edition of Gogglebox, to a double-dose of reality goodness in the form of Celebrity Big Brother and TOWIE - this weekend really does have it all.

Plus, get ready to immerse yourself well and truly into the world of Olympic diver tom Daley, as he's filmed one of the most honest documentaries in a long time...

Friday 29th July

Celebrity First Dates, C4, 9PM

Jess Woodley from Made In Chelsea (the one with the good brows) enjoys a romantic dins with wideboy Luke, while recently divorced weather-woman Sian Lloyd hopes gourmet cheese merchant Max will melt her heart.

What To Watch 29-31 July

Tonight’s celeb version also features Daniel Brocklebank (aka Billy the vicar from Corrie) and Musharaf from Educating Yorkshire.

The Fall: Decker VS Budd, Sky Atlantic, 9PM

What To Watch 29-31 July

For the first time in over 30 years, the 1984 headline-hitting runners Zola Budd and Mary Decker are being reunited. This is the true story behind one of the most controversial moments in sporting history – when the Olympic runners’ dream of winning the 3000m women’s final fell by the trackside.

Says Zola: “I knew making this film would open the black box in my mind which I haven’t opened since that day.”

**What happened? ** During the race – in front of an audience of millions – Mary and Zola collided. Mary fell and was unable to complete the race. A media frenzy ensued as the reason for ‘the fall’ was hotly debated…

Amazing Spaces: Shed Of The Year, C4, 8PM

What To Watch 29-31 July

Who knew that sheds could be so interesting? George Clark is back unearthing some treasures, bringing us 32 that have made it onto the judge’s shortlist. How about one that rotates 360 degrees to follow the sun, or an authentic wild west saloon in Aberdeen? Impressive!

Saturday 30th July

Tom Daley: Diving For Gold, ITV, 8PM

Tom Daley and his impressive abs first came to our attention back in 2012 when he scooped a bronze medal for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics. And then he did Splash!...

And with Rio 2016 on the horizon, this promises an “intimate” look at his life, not to mention giving us a peek into how he went public on his romance with screenwriter Dustin Lance Black (who he’s now engaged to), and all the fuss surrounding that.

**Did you know? ** Tom, who is still only 22, started diving at the age of seven. He represented GB at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where he was Britain’s youngest competitor.

1966 A Nation Remembers, ITV, 9PM

What To Watch 29-31 July

50 years ago, England hosted the World Cup for the first and only time (and won!) Seen through the eyes of the people who were there – this is the story of that tournament.

“There was something magic going to be happening,” says one. “The whole stadium lit up,” comments another. “It was the best game of football I have ever, ever seen…” With splendid footage from the day itself, this one isn’t just for football fans.

ALSO WATCH: Generation ’66, Sun 31 July, 9pm, BBC4

##Sunday 31st July

THE Only Way Is Essex, ITVBe, 10PM

What To Watch 29-31 July

More from our Essex friends, who like to go out, argue a lot and cause a lot of dramz. Filmed close to transmission so tonight’s action is all a big surprise!

Will we get to see Megan McKenna unleash her wrath again? Most probably. But thats why we love her, right?

The best of the week ahead (1st-5th August):

Made In Chelsea, Monday, E4, 9PM

NEW SERIES!

The beaches of Cannes are calling for the MIC lot in this annual jaunt abroad (er, has the budget been cut a bit? This ain’t no NYC or LA special…) Binky’s already been busy getting her baps out, while faves including Stephanie Pratt, Louise Thompson, Toff, Tiff, Taff (not really), Jamie Laing and Mark Francis are all there soaking up the rays and providing the usual dramz. Oh, and tetchy Francis is back, which is sure to be fun. Now, who knows the French for “a bottle of your finest champers please”?

**Did You Know? ** Before the series has even kicked off, Sam Thompson has been caught getting into a furious row with Jamie Laing over insults aimed at Sam’s gf Tiffany Watson.

Long Lost Family, Wednesday, ITV, 9PM

It's another weepy affair!

Widow Susan Webb, 70, suffered a terrible tragedy 50 years ago when her brother died in a road accident. Her idyllic family life in Essex fell apart, and the she discovered she was pregnant. The dad didn’t want to know, and not wanting to burden her grieving parents with a baby, tot Samantha was given up for adoption.

“I just didn’t know how I could go on,” sobs Susan – who suffered further heartache when memories of her brief time of being a mum were erased with ECT- therapy for depression. Can Davina and Nicky help? Course they can!

Suspects: The Enemy Within, Wednesday, C5, 10PM

Hailed as “revolutionary” when it first landed on our screens back in 2014, this is the cop show that’s actually about policing – rather than its heroes’ private lives, oh and the cast have to improvise with their dialogue, seeing as how there is no script. Series five brings with it some new faces also.

No more Fay Ripley (she’s busy with Cold Feet matters) but instead we’ve got Lenora Crichlow of Being Human fame, plus James Murray (aka Mr Sarah Parish and hot, hot, HOT).

BOX-OUT: Says James Murray (DCI Daniel Drummond): “What attracted me to this was the improvisation, plain and simple. It is unique in that respect and a real opportunity.”

Gogglebox: Brexit Special, Wednesday, C4, 9PM

What do the Goggleboxers think about Britain’s decision to leave the EU? In this special one-off, the regular households comment on everything from Boris Johnson’s new job to Jeremy Corbyn and our new Prime Minister, Theresa May…

Summer Diets: Fact or Fiction?, Thursday, ITV, 8.30PM

Corrie’s Catherine Tyldesley (aka Eva) goes all TV presenter on us for this Tonight docu where she asks that all important question – is it worh going on a ‘quick fix’ diet for our summer hols? Here’s hoping the answer is no (reaches for the choccies) as she runs through the immense about of slimming fads out there and finds out what impact weight loss has on our minds and bodies…

Body Freaks: Old Face, New Face, Thursday, C5, 10PM

Sales assistant Jordan has spent a colossal £100 grand trying to look like his idol Kim Kardashian. Docs refused to inject the amount of lip flller he wanted so he did it himself, cripes. We meet other folk as well whose own family barely recognise them – like Keith, who is covered from head to toe in tattoos and loves shocking people when he goes out. Mission accomplished.
