After tragically losing Joe at the Hollyoaks Spooktacular, Mercedes McQueen has become the sole carer for his two children JJ and Lexi Roscoe.
However, fans will already know that Mercedes time with the children will soon come to an end – as his mum (their grandmother) wants to take over their full time care in South Africa despite Freddie and Ellie lying to Mercedes that Sandy was more than happy for the children to stay.
Taking matters into her own hands, we will see a desperate and grief-stricken Mercedes plan to flee Chester with the two children in tow - but will she get go through with it?
When Goldie finds Mercedes with the kids' passports, she instantly guesses that she's planning to run away with them. But can anyone talk Mercedes out of it? Or is she about to land herself in even more trouble?
One things for sure, Mercedes will not go down without a fight.
