Hollyoaks spoilers: It’s Buster’s trial – will he be found guilty?

The week kicks off with Buster's trial and when Darren Osborne and Mandy Richardson go to wake up Ollie, they discover he's missing…

Later on, Ollie bravely manages to give his emotional testimony against Buster.

When Darren notices that the questions are harsh, it makes him think Brooke might not be able to handle it.

Ollie agrees with Darren.

Also during the trial, Luke testifies against Buster – but will he manage to keep his cool?

Following their testimonies, Ollie visits his dad in prison and the pair end up supporting each other.

Later on in the week, it becomes clear that tension has risen between Ollie and Brooke...

Sparks begin to fly between them…

Elsewhere, Ollie isn't the only one struggling with the trial and it soon becomes clear that it's too much for Brody Hudson when he punches a wall due to stress.

When Scott Drinkwell and Damon Kinsella discover their friend's recent behaviour, it dawns on them how much he's really struggling.

It's not long before it's Brody's time to testify…

Meanwhile when Sienna founds out about his testimony she rushes to support him.

Meanwhile in the village, after collapsing on New Year's Eve (following that dodgy vodka from Liam Donovan and Lisa Loveday) Maxine Minniver is taken off the ventilator.

Following the news, Damon goes to see her in an attempt to make things right – will he succeed?

Also, Damon receives a letter from his dad which tells him to not lie on the stand – will he listen?

Soon after, Brody finds the note Buster wrote Damon. Eek! And it's not long before the pair have a heart to heart.

It soon becomes clear that the trial isn't just affecting Ollie and Brody – Misbah Maalik forbids her son Imran from testifying at the trial. She's worried that it will be too much stress for him…

In Hollyoaks' winter trailer, Imran hints that he might know more about Buster that viewers originally thought.

During one scene he tells Sami and Imran: "What if I said I knew he was guilty."

At the end of the week, it's the day of the closing arguments in Buster's court case.

As the jury give their verdict, the rest of the villagers discover whether they've done enough to get Buster sent down.

Elsewhere in the village, Sienna has her first day first Hollyoaks High.When she spots Juliet and Imran fighting she tells Imran off however she's unaware that Juliet is the actual culprit.

She then secretly gives Imran extra time to finish an exam but unfortunately Juliet spots the exchange.

It's not long before the cunning teenager blackmails Sienna and gives her the ultimatum; give her an A or she'll tell Laurie about Imran's special treatment.

Soon after, Sienna comes clean to Laurie and tells her about Juliet's ultimatum and when her reassures her not to worry, he holds on to her waist for slightly too long…

The next day, Sienna feels uncomfortable about Laurie's actions from the previous night so she decides to confront him.

Finally it's the day of Russ' will being read and while Myra McQueen is preparing herself to become rich, Mercedes McQueen hits the shops.
