Hollyoaks' Sami Maalik, played by Rishi Nair, is joining the Channel 4 soap
There's a new face in Hollyoaks and he's about to be reunited with his family.
Sami Maalik, who is played by Rishi Nair, is the newest member of the Hollyoaks cast. He's the half-brother to Yasmine and Farrah Maalik and the step-son to Misbah Maalik.
The newbie is the eldest family member of the Maalik and has been described as suave, strident and charming.
Ooo. We can't wait to see more.
Sami, is set to head into the village to reunite with his beloved family but as he plans to get a job at James Nightingale's law firm it becomes clear that all isn't as it seems.
Hmm.

The 26-year-old actor has spoken about his new role and said: "I am really excited to be joining Hollyoaks and everyone has been so welcoming and lovely since the moment I have arrived.
"I can’t wait for everyone to see Sami on screen and see him reunite with the Maalik family"
We'll get to see Rishi in the village for the first time at the end of September.

There's been a lot of movers and shakers in Hollyoaks recently; Chelsee Healey, who plays Goldie McQueen, is currently on maternity after welcoming her baby girl into the world and so is Jennifer Metcalfe who is now a mum to her first child.
We've also welcomed Adam Rickett into the show, Brody Hudson and his BFF Damon Kinsella joined the village following the Oaks Ibiza trip and of course Gary Lucy, who plays Luke Morgan, has made a comeback alongside his partner Mandy Richardson.
