It’s FINALLY here - Emmerdale’s Big Week!

Over the past few weeks Emmerdale sure has been dramatic. From Holly Barton dying to Emma Barton killing a character; you can't say viewers haven't been through it.

And now Emmerdale fans should be prepared for SO MUCH MORE because starting tonight we’ll see the build-up to the explosive episode on Friday which will see at least one character die.

The potential victims are Aaron Dingle, Robert Sugden, Rhona Goskirk, Paddy Kirk, Pierce Harris, Marlon Dingle, Ashley and Laurel Thomas and James and Emma Barton.

We previously explained that each day this week viewers will watch the same day played out but from different characters’ perspectives and on Friday we’ll finally find out who dies.

In tonight’s episode we will see Robron’s day play out. Robert plans to propose to his boyfriend but of course this is a TV soap so things are certainly not going to go to plan.

When Lachlan White becomes suspicious of Robert’s relationship with Rebecca White he plans to blackmail him, but when Aaron overhears Lachlan's plan Robert and Aaron decide to put the teen in their car boot.

Unfortunately for the pair Lachlan escapes so Aaron and Robert chase him to a cliff… But what will happen next?

Viewers will have to watch the show but Emmerdale bosses have released eerie pictures of Aaron in deep water – what does this mean for the happy couple?

Danny Miller (who plays Aaron) spoke about filming underwater: "It was terrifying, it really was!

"But Ryan’s [his on-screen boyfriend Robert] very good at underwater stuff and quite a strong swimmer.

"It’s not that I’m a strong swimmer, but I’m not great underwater and I get quite claustrophobic.

"But the diving team at Pinewood were just unbelievable. They looked after us and we never felt unsafe at any point,” he said at Emmerdale’s press conference.

He also revealed that filming wasn’t all work: "It also gave me and Ryan more of a chance to chat and bond as well, so it was great – the best thing I’ve ever done by far."
