Emma Barton's killer secret looks like it's about to be exposed in Emmerdale - and she's not best pleased about it

Emma Barton knows the net is closing in on her when she realises little Arthur Thomas has watched the video of her manipulating his dead father. Ashley passed away earlier this year after battling dementia. Twisted Emma used his illness to make him believe he was mistaken when he saw her on the motorway bridge with James Barton. This was shortly before Emma pushed James off and tried to pass it off as a tragic accident.

But she knows the game could soon be up when Arthur threatens to expose her as a murderer. Brave lad! Emma then attempts to manipulate the little lad as well, by feeding him a fake story about what was really going on in the video.

Whether Arthur is taken in by Emma's lies remains to be seen, but she doesn't miss an opportunity to pop into Mulberry Cottage so she can have a go at destroying the footage.

Emma can't find the file on the laptop though and when Laurel catches her rifling around on it, she's alerted to something being not right with Emma.

Later in the week, Emma attempts to manipulate Arthur again, but this time he isn't taken in and threatens to tell Laurel everything. Is this the beginning of the end for Emma?
