Whitney Dean is set to make a surprise return to EastEnders, complete with an engagement ring
Whitney Dean's been a busy bee since leaving Walford, a confused mess, back in May. She was last seen fleeing the Vic after sharing a kiss with Mick and being confronted about it by his mum, Shirley. We thought Whitney had been staying with her hot brother, Ryan, (could he come back please) - but it seems she's been busy elsewhere - and we don't just mean the hair salon. Whit returns next week with a bit of bling on her finger and announces she's engaged. To Woody Woodward. Fast work.
We're pretty sure Whitney - who is rocking that red hair - is actually still married to Lee Carter, but that hasn't stopped her saying yes to Woody.
But how will Mick react to the news? Not only does he still harbour secret feelings for Whitney, but he also doesn't really like Woody very much either. You might remember that Woody was last seen being thrown out of the Vic on his ear, after Mick caught him and Whitney having sex in his bed!
Anyway, Mick convinces Whitney to move back into the pub and start working behind the bar again. She eventually pulls him aside for a heart to heart, revealing that while she loves him, they can never be together so she's moving on. How will Mick react?
