EastEnders fans are in for a treat as the BBC have revealed their solution to the lack of new episodes being filmed while lockdown continues.
And like Hollyoaks, who have been showing historical favourites to fill in programming gaps, EastEnders will be taking a trip down memory lane, showing some explosive episodes from the past including the classic two hander between Den and Angie, ‘Sharon-gate’ and the explosive reveal of Max and Stacey’s affair to name just a few.
But wait, there’s more.
As well as old favourites airing on Tuesday nights, Monday’s scheduling will see East End gal Stacey Dooley meeting with two iconic cast members at Ian Beale’s restaurant (whilst maintaining strict social distancing) to discuss their favourite memories from the show as well as some sneak peeks behind the scenes.
