EastEnders delivered an almighty shocker in Friday's episode (3rd Dec) as burglars descended on the Vic demanding money, attacking Johnny and threatening to kidnap and hurt baby Ollie.

Luckily, no one was harmed and baby Ollie was returned back into the arms of his parents - but we had a lot of questions and they needed answering.

And thankfully for us EastEnders fans, so many of them were answered in tonight's episode - as a desperate Mick Carter vowed to find out who was behind the violent act.

And with Lee Carter acting shifty and detailed theories that suggest that his work colleagues were behind the whole thing coming to light - big truths are soon to be revealed.

EastEnders confirmed what we were all thinking: Lee Carter did orchestrate the robbery at the Queen Vic.

However, he did seem to have no idea about the violence and scaremongering that came with the robbery and how his 'mates' (including bully Oz) terrorised his family senseless.

But what next? And as Mick is determined to bring the criminals to justice, will Lee crack under the pressure? And will Lee's guilt lead him to do the unthinkable?

Actor Danny-Boy Hatchard, who plays Lee, has opened up to RadioTimes about his hard-hitting storyline:

"His depression is going to escalate, and it's a hard-hitting thing for people to watch. I've had people writing to me saying that the storyline has been unbearable. But that means we're doing our job properly."
