Since Good Friday 2014, EastEnders fans have been glued to one of soapland’s biggest ever mysteries - who killed Lucy Beale?

But, with such a long list of potential suspects, it's been difficult for us to crack who did the deed.

Was it a family affair - after all, father Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), brother Peter (Ben Hardy), stepsister Cindy (Mimi Keene) and stepmother Jane (Laurie Brett) all had the means and motive.

Then again, the Branning family are also in the frame; Lucy was having an affair with love rat Max (Jake Wood), owned a business with BFF Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa), and definitely rubbed up young Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) in the wrong way.

And let's not forget traumatised soldier Lee Carter (Danny-Boy Hatchard), love rival Whitney Dean (Shona McCarty), murderous uncle Ben Mitchell (Harry Reid), and Jay Brown (Jami Borthwick), who was seen on CCTV following poor Lucy off the bus.
