Coronation Street spoilers 1 - 7 October: Next week on the cobbles Sinead Tinker receivse devastating news about her pregnancy, Ryan gets arrested, and Ali confronts Jude over the stolen money.

Evelyn Plummer had to step in when the kids start running rings around Brian Packham after discovering he isn't Santa anymore.
Jude Appleton took part in Yasmeen Nazir's first aid course, but ended up fainting at the sight of blood. Oh dear.
Tracy Barlow told Steve McDonald to fill his boots and enjoy his pass before the wedding, but Steve very much got the wrong end of the stick.
He thought she was talking about sleeping with another woman, but really Tracy meant a free spa pass for the hotel where they are getting married...
Steve ignored Tim Metcalfe's warning that it could be a trap and eyed up an opportunity with Abi Franklin at the dance lesson.
Peter Barlow walked in on a topless Steve after going to find him to tell him his daughter Amy has had a fall at the spa...
Steve tries to keep Peter from blabbing to Tracy about what he saw but Peter wasn't having any of it.
Billy Mayhew was horrified to find Josh Tucker at his door but Josh had been discharged from hospital and had nowhere else to go...
Elsewhere, while they were preparing for a night of clubbing, Cormac offered Ryan a line of cocaine...
After taking cocaine, Cormac then offered ecstasy pills to Sophie, Bethany and Ryan. Bethany and Sophie left and Ryan ran after them...
Cormac framed Ryan and puts a bag of pills in his pocket. Ryan headed back to the flat, where he found Cormac fitting. Ali went to the flat thinking an ambulance had been called, but found Ryan never called one, and Cormac died.

Sinead goes to the hospital for her 12 week scan, and she and Daniel are delighted when they see the baby pop up on the sonogram screen

However, after Daniel leaves the room, Sinead tells the doctor about the bleeding. on further investigation, a lump is found on her cervix. Sinead is told it needs further investigation.

Sinead is at her wits end after being told that the lump may be cancerous, and she may need chemotherapy, and may also have to have a termination.

But when Daniel receives a letter from his mum but says he wants nothing to do with her, Sinead puts her worries on the back burner to support him.

Ryan sticks to his story that he left the flat and when he came back Cormac was dead. He tells Sophie that he panicked and didn't call an ambulance and asks her to back up his version of events.

In fear of Ronan, Ryan reveals he's planning to do a runner and suggests Ali should do the same.
