Marc Bayliss - who played Rob Donovan - has been spotted at the Coronation Street studios. Does that mean he's about to make a killer comeback?

Rob Donovan became THE biggest villain in soap when he bumped off poor, sweet Tina McIntyre - Michelle Keegan - in Coronation Street back in 2014 (wow, it's been three years already.)

But now rumours are bubbling around that he might be about to make a killer comeback to the cobbles after actor Marc Bayliss was seen around the ITV studios in Manchester!

Rob is currently serving 25 years behind bars for the murder, but that hasn't stopped him from already making one comeback in 2015 when he appeared in scenes from prison.

Marc was snapped looking shady around the ITV studios, apparently trying to look low-key in a baseball cap and grown out beard. He was later spotted leaving the studios hidden under an unbrella with a hood pulled over his head. Was he just sheltering from the rain - or is Rob going to make another comeback?

His sister Carla - Alison King - is no longer a Corrie resident but Marc has unfinished business with Tracy Barlow - who he was set to marry before his arrest. Will Rob be pulling strings from behind bars - or will he get an early release?

Tracy was released early from prison - even though she was serving life for murdering Charlie Stubbs. She was let out on a technicality - could the same thing happen to Rob?
