Craig ended his relationship with X Factor star Chloe after it was reported she and Stevi shared a kiss.
Stevi was reduced to tears on Sunday night's instalment of the ITV talent show, when it was revealed Chloe had been allegedly seeing both men at the same time.
But now Chloe is said to want Stevi back, and has even told him she loves him.
A source told The Sun: "Chloe rang Stevi on Sunday just before the The X Factor results show.
"She was in tears and saying she wanted them to meet up and talk things through and try and make another go of things. She even went as far as to say she loved him."
Now Stevi has been left confused by Chloe blowing hot and cold, and doesn't know what to do.
The source continued: "Stevi is a nice guy but he just doesn't know how to take all of this. He just wants to meet a girl who is into him and to settle down."
According to reports, Craig blasted Chloe on Twitter this week. He wrote: "Chloe-Jasmine is an alcoholic, a liar and a cheat. I hope you and Stevi are very happy."
The alleged tweet has since been deleted.
Meanwhile a new poll has revealed that over half of X Factor viewers want Simon Cowell to drop Cheryl Fernandez-Versini as a judge.
Heat magazine conducted a poll on its website, and 59% wanted rid of Cheryl, 31, while 54% said they felt 39-year-old Mel B was the 'most honest' judge.
