1. Lauren Goodger
TOWIE star Lauren Goodger is loving her weight transformation, having shed 3st since last year. Lauren, 29, told new! magazine earlier this year: "I feel like I’ve been working do hard for the past three months and now people can finally see the results. I’m a lot happier and so much more confident."
2. Adele
Cutting down sugar and quitting smoking helped Adele slim down, but she's definitely not doing it for the cameras. She told Rolling Stone: "It's to get in shape for myself, but not to be a size zero or anything like that... I'm not, like, skipping to the f****** gym. I don't enjoy it. And if I don't tour, you'll catch me back down at the Chinese!"
3. Kylie Jenner
2015 was a huge year for Kylie - and her lips. The youngest Kardashian's lip transformation spawned millions of lip tutorials and hacks, as well as her very own LipKit. She also started dating Tyga, developing her own sense of style experimentation, and launched her app, which topped the iTunes chart when it was released.
4. Zayn Malik
After parting ways with One Direction (oh, the heartbreak), Zayn seemed to blossom - he shaved off his lush locks and went on to dye his head green... then grey... then blond. He also started to experiment with his style a bit more, while still somehow managing to look super dapper.

11. Charlotte Crosby
Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby shrunk by four dress sizes earlier this year, after making huge lifestyle changes and cutting back on partying, drinking, and "eating takeaways every night". She revealed how insecurities about her body made her "ashamed" in her book 'Me Me Me': "I knew I needed to get fit... but I'd got so big, I was too embarrassed to go to the gym."

The X Factor judge's sudden and drastic weight loss sparked concern all over the country, but Cheryl has hit back at critics and rumours of an eating disorder and said she is "completely and utterly well and happy".
